A long while ago, I signed up for Amazon Associates. Whenever I post a link to a book at Amazon, I stick a little code in there and if anybody buys something from Amazon via that link, I get a percent.
Generally, it’s been averaging about $20-30 per quarter. Not bad. About enought to get some book that I want four times a year. But I just got my Q1 2006 award, and it was almost $90!!
Seems somebody clicked one of my links, and while they were browsing through the books, just happened to remember they needed to pick up a $1500 Canon EOS 30D.
Now I have to figure out what to do with the award. Maybe I’ll just hold onto it and put it towards the Canon S3IS
I likely will be buying a new Canon camera in the next couple of months – give me a link and I’ll stop by here first!
