I’m very happy to announce that I’ve just accepted a position as Senior Software Engineer at Brightcove in Cambridge, MA. There’s not really much more to say. Unless you’ve been living in a cave, you’ve probably heard of Brightcove, who is running it, who’s backing it, and what it is doing. It’s pretty exciting and I can’t wait to get started. Got some stuff to wrap up at my current job over the next few weeks and start in mid-April.

Congrats! I’ve been following Brightcove for over the last year and I think that it’s one of the most promising start-ups in the Boston area… And of course having Jeremy Allaire at the helm can’t hurt either 😉
I actually pulled this post from MXNA and then recognized the domain from the BFPUG mailing list. I haven’t had a chance to attend a meeting just yet (unless you count watching the live stream), but I’d like to make the next one coming up. Maybe I can get a chance to say hi! 🙂
