Vox Angelica

I was digging up some really old links while preparing for my Flash Forward presentation. Ran across Gabriel Mulzer’s old site, http://www.voxangelica.net. Amazing, it’s still up there. Remember the ice queen?

I learned the basics of 3D from a chapter Gabriel wrote in some book by Friends of ED back in those days. Wonder what he’s up to now.

Nice. Although in 2000/2001 I was still doing ASP 3.0 (retch, retch!) and didn’t even know Actionscript existed – other than for stuffing button actions into clips!

Those really were the bad days of the internet!

That’s odd, I was thinking of that ice queen just recently but could not recall the url, very nice to see it again. Some real trail blazing work in some of those older sites.
A couple I still look at occasionally:
    MonoCrafts * http://yugop.com/ver2/
    sqrt-1 * http://www.atomless.com/sqrt-1/ (shockwave)

This site is why I bought your book.
Could you point me in the direction where I can apply your classes to library items
and xml objects? All your things are drawn dynamically and I want to change the pics.
    thanks,
    jeff
