Hey, I just wanted to say thanks! Yeah, I learned some incredible stuff, years ago, from your BIT-101 site and those simple concepts broke critical ground for me and carried me for YEARS afterward. Anyway, of all the rants about the current state of (Adobe) Flash, yours makes the most sense and appeals to me in the most logical ways. I made my first forray into programming with Flash. Since then, I have learned some other “languages”…and I owe it to my experience with Flash. I’m probably WAY more of a hobbiest than you, but I take my future just as serious as anyone and I don’t want to be caught flat-footed as Flash goes into retirement. Thanks for everything!
