On this day in 2001 (overshadowed by some other, more serious events 🙁 ) the DNS servers acknowledged a new entry in their collective databases, and for the first time in the history of the entire universe, any man, woman or child could type the characters “bit-101.com” into a browser and see this very web site.
What a wild 7 years it’s been. I’d been “doing Flash” for a couple of years before that. Here was my previous site. Don’t laugh!
But BIT-101 was my Flash coming out party. I don’t want to sit here and brag about my accomplishments, but the things that have happened as a direct result of having this site up here have been beyond what I would have imagined when I pulled the trigger and somewhat reluctantly decided to cough up the big bucks for a new domain. All in all, the best $15 I’ve ever spent!
OK, you asked for it, here’s the kp web design intro: kpwebdesign
